With a dairy and nut allergy it’s really hard to find a good cream cheese brand that’s safe to eat, most of them are ok, but they’re super artificial and kind of funky tasting 😐

SO I decided to resurrect my vegan tofu chèvre from my fall fig bowl and use it as cream cheese. This recipe is so simple and easy (only 4 ingredients!) and it’s great if you don’t want to eat a bunch of weird ingredients you can’t pronounce. 🤗

– toasted bagel from daveskillerbread
– smoked salmon
– avocado
– red onion
– tofu cream cheese (recipe in my fall fig bowl post)
