Vegan Lemon Artichoke Flatbread with Za’atar ✨🌱
As someone with a dairy allergy, I’ve never really been able to enjoy storebought pizza or fancy restaurant flatbreads. But you know? I’m ok with that because making your own is 10000 times better.
This vegan lemon artichoke flatbread is crusted with toasted crunchy sesame seeds and topped with olive oil and za’atar seasoning plus a few dollops of creamy tofu ricotta. It’s indulgent, but surprisingly good for you with lots of veggies and protein. Fair warning— that sesame seed crust makes it hard to stop eating.
