Vegan carrot cake with cream cheese frosting π° π₯ .
Iβm normally not so good with desserts, however this turned out nice! I used recipes from minimalistbaker for each the cake and frosting. I assumed it regarded just a little plain after I frosted it so I toasted for pumpkin seeds and coated the perimeters.
