Vegan Candy Potato Scallion Pancakes β¨π±
Would anybody else quite have pancakes for dinner than breakfast? Donβt get me flawed, I really like a candy stack of pancakes drowned in maple syrup, however these savory candy potato pancakes are actually one thing else.
Crispy on the skin, fluffy and completely moist on the within, all topped off with a scrumptious smashed avocado edamame unfold. Vegan, simple to make and excellent for any time of day!
