Vegan Candy Potato Breakfast Burrito 🌱

I’m kicking off Veganuary with these scrumptious vegan breakfast burritos! I feel the title “breakfast burrito” is a little bit deceptive as a result of I might eat one in all these for any meal of the day! They’re loaded with scrambled tofu, crispy air fryer candy potato hash (oven choice too!), black beans and a complete lot of guac, as a result of what would a burrito be with guacamole?
