Twice Baked Maple Tahini Candy Potatoes 🌱✨
I’m satisfied that the one factor higher than a baked candy potato is a TWICE baked candy potato. These ones are my new favourite, they’re creamy on the within, crisp on the skin and naturally, topped with chickpeas! They’re tremendous easy, straightforward to make and vegan!
four medium candy potatoes, halved lengthwise
half of cup tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
Juice and zest from 1 lime
1 28 ozcan chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp oil (divided)
1 tsp garlic powder
half of tsp salt
Sesame seeds, cilantro and scallions for garnish
