Smoky Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Maple Tahini Sauce 🍁✨

I have been wanting to post this sweet potato fry recipe on the blog for so long, but I’m finally doing it! These crispy little boys are so addictive, I honestly had the hardest time photographing them because it took all my self control to not just shove them all in my mouth.

Making sweet potato fries at home is pretty easy and requires just a few ingredients. The key to non-soggy fries is holding off on the salt until after they bake then letting the cooked fries sit on the sheet pan outside of the oven to finish crisping.

Here’s what you’ll need

1 1/2 lbs peeled sweet potato, cut into 1/4 inch strips
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt to taste

For the Maple Tahini Sauce:
1/2 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
3-5 tbsp water
