These hearty Fig and Farro Grain Bowls are filled with a nutty blend of farro, crunchy toasted seeds and buckwheat. Tossed with curly kale, a quick balsamic vinaigrette and served with fresh figs and feta. Simple, delicious and full of healthy goodness.

(To make this meal dairy free, try a batch of my marinated tofu feta—highly recommended!)

Here’s what you’ll need:
– cooked farro
– sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & buckwheat groats
– olive oil
– balsamic vinegar
– shallot
– curly kale
– fresh figs & blackberries
– feta (nondairy if needed)
