I’m going via a little bit of a mushroom section in the mean time so final week I made this excellent chickpea and mushroom puttanesca from Cool Beans by Joe Yonan. So good, it was my first time making polenta and I’m so excited to only go loopy on these items within the subsequent few weeks so prepare. I additionally love something with chickpeas (as you already know) so this one is certainly happening the weekly rotation.
