I’m going through a bit of a mushroom phase at the moment so last week I made this wonderful chickpea and mushroom puttanesca from Cool Beans by Joe Yonan. So good, it was my first time making polenta and I am so excited to just go crazy on this stuff in the next few weeks so get ready. I also love anything with chickpeas (as you know) so this one is definitely going on the weekly rotation.
