Hello peeps! This week my website is undergoing some major renovations so today I thought I’d share something real quick and easy because I don’t have time to type out a big blog post so here we go—

mayakaimalfoods was kind enough to send me a few of their Indian simmer sauces to try and I am hooked! Last night, I tried their vegan tikka masala sauce and added a can of chickpeas—fabulous 👌🏼

Here’s the recipe, get ready it’s gonna go fast:
1. Dump chickpeas and simmer sauce in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. EAT!

For me, the benefit of having such an easy main course is I get to go a little crazy with the sides. I served my chickpea tikka masala with homemade vegan naan from thesimpleveganista, so good!
