Grilled Pesto Chicken Wraps 🌱✨
Lately I feel like all my summer recipe ideas involve pesto one way or another, so I’ve had to get a little creative with the leftovers 🙂
These days, this pesto chicken wrap is my go-to lunch. It’s loaded with shredded chicken (usually store bought rotisserie to make it easy), homemade basil pesto and some other delicious green stuff, oh and don’t forget the mozzarella!
Honestly the best part about this wrap is the crispy golden brown edges you get when you grill it. Skillet, grill pan, works perfectly both ways. Such a simple step, but it makes a world of difference!
Here’s what you’ll need:
– Rotisserie or any leftover shredded chicken
– Basil pesto (store bought or homemade)
– Canned artichoke hearts
– Mozzarella (I used dairy free)
– Large flour tortillas
