Glad Saturday! To have a good time this glorious spring climate I made a decision to make Meera Sodha’s Spring Pilau from her cookbook East. It’s obtained all that spring goodness—asparagus, peas, fennel and a squeeze of lemon juice. Scrumptious and so springy!
