Blackberry Basil Grilled Hen Salad 🌱✨

For anybody that’s searching for a light-weight and flavorful spring meal, that is one in all my favorites —-> Blackberry hen salad with a basil/arugula mix, marinated grilled hen, avocado, toasted pumpkin seeds and a candy blackberry French dressing. Tremendous easy, straightforward to make and full of taste!

Components:

1 lb boneless skinless hen breasts
6 ozfreshberries
three tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/four cup olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 contemporary or dried thyme
half of tsp salt
2 cups basil, torn
four cups arugula
1 ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
Recent blackberries + toasted pumpkin seeds for serving (non-compulsory)
