Anyone else a huge fan of black pepper? I kind of like how you still get that kick without feeling lien your mouth is oN FIRE. I don’t have a huge tolerance for spicy foods if you can’t tell😂

These Black Pepper Noodled are quick and easy to make with sweet caramelized shallots, stir fried noodles and Asian inspired flavors. Don’t forget the crispy honey roasted edamame to top it all off for a delicious (somewhat healthy) meal in just about 30 minutes!

Vegetarian or vegan if you sub maple syrup for honey 🙂

Ingredients:
– shallots
– garlic & fresh ginger
– low sodium soy sauce
– freshly ground black pepper
– sugar
– udon noodles
– shelled edamame
– chili powder
– honey
